  • 1/2 avocado

2 tablespoons of quinoa
2 tablespoons of brown rice
2 tablespoons of millet
1 tomato
1 carrot
1 avocado
6 prawns
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Preparation of the quinoa salad with prawns:

1. We wash the quinoa, rice and millet. We put them in a saucepan with boiling water and a little salt.
2. Let cook over medium heat for about 25-30 minutes.

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups chicken broth
